Remarking on how little has changed and evolved in this space during the last decade, Noel expounds his views on how this situation is related to the complexity and complications that exist in the healthcare sector and the associated frustrations of getting anything done in this space. In particular, he focusses on the Apple watch, their associated recent increase in interest in the healthcare sectors, and some of the behind-the-scene manoeuvrings that have taken place to try and move such technology into to the common domain, however with little success formally and complex reasons.
